For all work in relation to personal injury and medical negligence cases including preparation of reports, case conference meeting, joint statements between experts or attendance at court, a of £300 per hour is charged. Dr Hinds uses ‘office time’ software to accurately record all time spent preparing a report. Time sheets are provided with each invoice which is billed to the nearest 5 minutes.
