Even low value claims can vary significantly in the time it takes to prepare a report. It will take longer to interview a claimant who has not completed the pre-medical questionnaire accurately or legibly and is vague regarding the duration and severity of his/her symptoms. The report will therefore be more expensive than in a claimant who suffers a similar accident but completes the questionnaire in detail, and gives a precise account of all the symptoms/disabilities which he/she feels are due to the accident.
